Pam Udy is a doula and a childbirth educator, dedicated to cesarean prevention, cesarean recovery and encouraging vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). Pam is the Immediate Past President and the current Clarion editor of the International Cesarean Awareness Network. Pam has five children and had two cesareans before having three vaginal births.
